Illustration Friday "Voices"

Sometimes the loudest voice in the room comes from the most unexpected source and, usually, at the most awkward moments.

After a massive final push (thanks to a supportive family) I managed to clear my desk in time for the holidays. Having a little bit of time up my sleeve, I couldn't resist having a go at this weeks IF topic. Its quick, its rough but it's all I got.

So, like a man who's left the party only to slink back in sheepishly to grab his keys, I'll say goodbye and Happy Holidays once again. See you in 2009!

  16. Actually, I think he was going to try and make off with her purse, but they just happened to be under the mistletoe at the time with the little girl watching. Now the thief is cold busted and super humiliated with everybody looking at him, plus the woman is like, "How would I even kiss a guy with a nose like that? He'd put my eye out!"

  18. Sorry for the late comment (had trouble getting the window to appear..?). Love the kids expression... instant gag... very nicely done as per! Is she the younger sis of the embarrassed one...,? You can see the family resemblance. Many thanks for all the motivational blog comments throughout the year... A happy yule to you and yours and see you in 09!
