This cheeky little scamp is about to ruin this poor lady's day. But when you wear a near white coat out in the pouring rain, you're asking for trouble aren't you?

    Well, if I am reading this gal's expression right. The coat is made of plastic and the scamp will be the one hanging out to dry on the clothes line, when this incident is done. Nice story line and great illustration.
