A common problem for this fur monster is that after a busy night on the scare, he would often come home to find stray children entangled in his hard to manange hair. Poor guy.

Now this would have made a great gag in Monsters Inc.! You captured that pained expression on the creature perfectly and your little kid characters are just the right balance of endearing and pesky. Love the last post too, like you I love the jazz style (Al Hirschfeld et al. ...did you see the rhapsody in blue from Fantasia2000 ...?
